This tapestry is a symbol and manifestation of joy and brighter days ahead. I created this piece during a time where I was working through difficult memories and traumas in therapy. Some days it felt too heavy, anxious, and dark. I started this piece on a day when my anxiety was too much, I could hardly breathe. Creating art is my sanctuary, so I took to my rope to see what’s could do to help heal myself.  I imagined what I want to feel. How Id like to be. And wove this tapestry with the intention of manifesting that way of being into my life. This tapestry is a hope for brighter days. A symbol that I can get through difficult days and that they won’t last forever. This piece hangs 13” by 29”
